Product had a chip in plastic (not affecting function) but it leaked out the bottom portion that screws on. I tried pouring the water in to another cup after a cycle and it tasted awful. Like plastic. There should be no taste to hydrogenated water. I hope I didn't ingest something not good for me. Top it off, you have to pay for shipping to return..

I never write reviews but this product is a scam. Light coms on but nothing happens. Ive used 3 different mineral waters and nothing happens. Dont be like me and buy this without actually reading the comments. They are true. DONT BUY. Also, to send back you have to pay for it to send back.

After taking over two weeks to finally receive this product, I was very disappointed in its functioning. When the button is pressed, the light does come on, but that is it. No bubbles of any sort as well as no action inside of the bottle, just a bottle of water with a pretty blue light. Very disappointed.

This thing does not work at all. It lights up but produces zero bubbles and it is not eligible for prime return so may have to pay to get rid of this piece of junk. Stay as far away as possible!

Don’t work and then seller charges you to return item to ship back was about 17 bucks…horrible customer service…you send me a cup that doesn’t work for the second time and I have to pay to ship back…

This company ships a defective product and expects the customer to pay to ship the defective product back. Horrible return policy and should not be on Amazon.
