This has to be the absolute best, most informative book I've ever read. I've already implemented tons of the lifestyle changes Kevin recommends with great results. His level of knowledge and commitment to his cause is second to none and I will continue to reread this title over and over again.

Great book - it opens your eyes and can change your life if you change how you eat. It motivates you to make this change.

I started to read this book and so far I am loving what I am reading. I was watching the television one day and an infomercial came on about this book. After watching the entire infomercial I decided to buy the book. I am big on health and living a more holistic lifestyle so I found the information in this book quite useful to me.

Solid book with good advice, though I didn’t see too much in way of references.It’s a good resource & starting point for treating the whole body and root causes when you’re sick of the doctors’ Rx’s.It also gives practical general life advice like stay away from GMO’s, vaccines, and anything to do with pharmaceutical companies. A good section of this book is practical lifestyle advice, and that’s good if you don’t know it.It has basic herb & supplement recommendations for conditions as well, though each ailment section is pretty brief.The author is in jail now for tax evasion I believe. I don’t know the details but I did think it was an interesting bit of knowledge.

I bought this book because my mom wanted it. When it arrive I was curios and started reading it. I read almost all the book in one night!!! Very interesting and helpful. Now I understand all my illnesses!! Ready to make an u turn in my life!! Life changing!!! A must have!!

The shipping was perfect. The book condition, perfect. The content of the book, less than desirable. This Kevin Trudeau is a joke. Do not buy this book unless you want a really good fiction book, because that is the category I would put it in.

Amazing that they still publish his words, that's how truthful, effective, and life changing this work is. However, this edition is updated to dumb it down.

Awesome book. Kevin Trudeau is a hero and should not be in jail for exposing the corruption in government, FDA, and Big Pharma. If you try to empower humanity, you get ridiculed, arrested, assassinated, etc. However, if you try to dis-empower humanity, you get Nobel Prizes, government grants, cash insentives, promotions, etc. Crazy stuff. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

Excellent book! I think some of the things he recommends are a bit hard for most people to follow to perfection but I think if you can implement most or a few of his recommendations you will definitely see results!
