I don't know the seller or the company but I must tell the truth as a responsible consumer. This Camera is amazing and for what it does the fact that the price is so low is crazy in a good way!!!I can control the zoom move the camera with the U Box app on my phone and it even records audio and has night vision.I live next door to a bunch of idiot neighbors who steal people's packages and damage property. This Camera gave me exactly what I needed to put a stop to the nonsense. It's also waterproof so how can you lose for the price?They also have a more than reasonably priced cloud storage plan as well.It was very easy to setup if you can read and use a smartphone you can do it yourself.

Bought February 15.You can not stop the camera from turning.Very convenient 15 days passed the return window and it is useless.

This camera turned out to be a gem, and it performs admirably. The battery never drains when the solar panel is connected. I'm not sure why others have left bad comments, but in my experience, it works pretty well and is good value for money.

This happened to be a very disappointing product, I have even parked right in front of the product without it alerting me. It doesn’t record the whole time and only does so when it is in range to make an alert. The point of this device is to alert me if anything or anyone is in proximity to give an alert. And if I wanted to record the Full event of the day it says it will drain in a few hours. This product doesn’t have an option to turn on the light when a person is near, you have to manually turn on the light. The HD and SD modes have trouble staying on I have to keep switching from the 2 options for it to stay HD. Pointless device, if an update happens soon I’ll change my review.

I had many questions on how to work everything. They have great customer service that will answer any questions you have. If you have any problems they will make sure you are taken care of you. That alone is worth everything 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Love the style and the fact that its solar powered. Easy to set up. And works great.

I don’t have tons of money but that junk got bodyslammed on the concrete don’t buy

I bought this security camera for outside use. The small instructional booklet that came with it was not very helpful to a new purchaser. I tried 2 ways to reach customer service. I sent an email to the address that was suppose to be customer service, I received no reply. I tried contacting them through Amazon, the reply did not address my questions and referred me to their "customer service". I've looked online for help, even YouTube but no answers.
