I have a drawer full of openers that don't work, or damage lids and me! This opener's perfect. Opens small plastic water bottles caps to large pickle jars lids, with amazing ease. It's beautiful, sturdy. Takes no space in a drawer as it mounts under a cabinet. Would buy it again, should have bought it years age. I bought a second one for my daughter as she has carpal tunnel.

Easy to use and love you can mount under the cabinet and so easy to install. That way I can use both hand to hold the jar to twist it.

This works great to open those stubborn lids, especially ones in those large jars that are difficult to grip. Easy to mount!

The same as some of the other reviewers, I broke a wrist. The result was it was impossible to open most screw caps. I look at so many variations of jar openers. This one seemed the simplest. We mounted it under a cabinet. It isn’t visible from the front and is easily accessible. The opener is solid, appears durable, and is a good value. The grip is substantial. Pickle and olive jars, sports drink bottles, and even wine bottles were what I had in mind for this product. Wide-mouth jars like peanut butter and mayo open with ease. Again, basically invisible until needed, this open takes nearly no space in your kitchen. I think I’m going to give them for Christmas present this year!Tip: make certain you install it in a space with enough clearance for the items you will be opening both from the bottom and the front.

I was having at hard time opening jars. I saw this and said what do I have to lose. It was easy to mount. Well three days after I bought I ended up in the hospital. I was there for 2 weeks. This really came in handy. Works like a dream.

I’m having a difficult time using it. I put it under an upper cabinet, like recommended, but I have to bend down to see while holding a big jar, keep pushing against the metal, while bending over to see. It’s uncomfortable and hurts my back. I had to buy an electric jar opener. I just hope that works.

I have pretty bad arthritis and carpal tunnel in one wrist. Smaller lids aren’t a problem but with large lids I just can’t manage a grip that doesn’t hurt. This item works like a charm. It took about three minutes to install under the cupboard (invisible while standing in the kitchen) and the largest lid I had opened with barely any effort. If you have hand and/or wrist problems, and opening jars is a task, then you will actually look forward to using this.
