Genuine OEM part, but.....
On this listing, there are several seller options on the listing. I noticed that some reviews said it was not OEM, but I think it depends on the seller. I ordered from CAG Toyota on the sellers list and the filter I received is OEM Toyota. It did arrive two days late though, and I ended up buying one from a local dealer and the two are identical. So, when buying OEM online, I always make sure it's from a dealer.
