GAME CHANGER!!!!Where do I start. My two kitties Missy, Willow and I love, love, love our PetSnowy. I tried four different brands, one being the Whisker Robot (with its great big gaping mouth for all to see and its exorbitant price tag) until we settled upon this wonder of a machine.I have had it for over a year, I put a new bag in twice a week (it tells you when it’s full) and there are no nasty smells or litter tracking. It is quiet and very aesthetically pleasing in my opinion. I personally love that my girls have a little corridor to pop in and do their business in peace with no one peering at them. Anyone who owns a kitty will know how proud and private they are, they loathe being stared at when they are on their throne.The app is fabulous and really easy to use. It readily connects to WiFi and another cute feature is the way it tells a little story about how long your kitty was in the Snowy and the cat’s weight (not always absolutely accurate but what self cleaner is….). It is still able to differentiate between my girls so I know which one has been in, how many times, how long etcetera. I am very on top of their health so it’s good to know their toileting routine.The cherry 🍒 on the cake for me. There is a grill which sifts the litter (one larger/smaller) and I have been using the wrong one for quite some time. Because of this and my lack of attention to the matter, it began to clog and malfunction. It was still under warranty but rather than getting parts I asked for a new machine.Kevin from customer service was outstanding. The level of care is beyond. This company are leaders when it comes to service and of course they are an American company based in California 🇺🇸. I’m English but no one gives service like the U.S. I bought a faulty machine from China and they wouldn’t even entertain a replacement or refund and I was out of pocket by over £600.I also have to give a shout out to Amazon because the communication, the service, no quibble refund policy and if any parcel goes walkabout not being delivered to the right space by the courier, it is taken care of immediately. They also make it very easy to liaise with other retailers.All in all I am a very happy bunny. Thank you PetSnowy team and Amazon. I would give more stars if I could. ❤️🐾

I've had this automatic litter tray for 2 years now and omg it's the best thing I've bought for our cat. There's no smelly odours or the need to clean it everyday. The bags for the machine from the company is expensive so I just use generic bags and make the holes myself and it saves me a lot of money.

Only had this for a month but so far so good. Downside-very expensive, will need to continue buying the special litter bags and it’s pretty big. Like a caravan without wheels. Upside-no stinky litter tray (though there’s a niff when you open the lid), no litter kicked around the room, no accidents when the cat’s bottom hangs out of a regular tray and it’s easy to clean. Just hope it’s long lasting!

Researched lots of different cat boxes and decided on thus one as it's not open topped and reviews were decent. We have 3 cats and decided we needed to invest as we're constantly filtering litter and the smell after a few days or when weather gets hot is awful.Well it was really easy to put together took less than few minutes if you follow instructions. Instructions were great on a large card ....idiots guide. We followed the instructions in that for first few days we left the lid off and unplugged and let them use it as a normal litter and just put lid back on to do a cleaning cycle and refresh it.i also took the little curtain off the front to not put them off.After 4 days they're all now using it with the lid on which is a relief.At day 4 said litter was full so I did change the bag but I think if I had moved dirty litter down the bag a bit would prob get another day or 2 out of the bagI know people have commented the bags sre expensive but I worked out if I change every 4 day and paid £60 for 60 bags we will get 8.5 months out of then costing around £7 a month which is not terrible and I've heard people say they've emptied the bag,sprayed inside it and reused ot and then thrown in bin the next time.Just 1 little thing. A couple of times I've notice their poo stuck to the sifting grid so I've had to use cat scoop to scrape it but it's not big issue. It tells you when bag needs changing too which is handy.It's not that accurate on cat weights though I've noticed but again not a big thing.Overall we're really pleased with the purchase as it does not smell at all and changing litter every 4 days compared with 2 x day is great .Today I've added the little curtain on the front and try they seem to be OK using it with that on tooThe app is easy to download and use and the instruction booklet is simple to follow too

I own a PETKIT auto toilet which was fine for 4 months but now leaks into the base. The problem started when my tall oriental cat started using it because he pees standing up and it’s not tall enough for him. I splashed out on this snowy + aware that it was a large unit and it is indeed large.The design is so far much better than PETKIT though. The drum deposits used litter straight into the bag, so there is no mess. No litter tracks on the floor unlike PETKIT. It’s incredibly easy to set up on the app and the unit requires almost no set up. My cats went in straight away. The apps phrases are very cute . With 3 indoor cats the bag had to be changed after 4 days which is better than PETKIT which is daily and it’s so easy to empty and fit the bags. However the PETKIT accepts any bags and snowies are around a pound each, so ongoing cost may be prohibitive for some. While kitty comfort is the most important thing; aesthetically this is better than the front opening versions because the drum holding the litter as it’s enclosed so, if the unit is part of the furniture, you are not looking at a poop hole !So far, this is a premium product that is worth every penny. By the way, it’s sent from a company based in the West Midlands so delivery was faster than the time quoted and was almost next day. I still rate PETKIT but I am afraid this design outclasses it .
