My daughter and I don’t have very long hair so we both shared 1 box & it was more than enough. Our hair came out great it’s also smooth no breakage. It’s rare to find a relaxer that works this well on my hair to be specific. I’m very pleased and will be buying again when needed

Great product 👌....normally most relaxers leave my hair ends rough but this one didn't take long to process came out smooth nad silky no rough ends and the process time quicker 😀. Will definitely buy again

Nice stuff - just use it for touch up mainly as my usual go to is now discontinued. Shame the neutralising shampoo bottle is soooo small but it does reassure you you've washed everything out. Does get my roots bone straight and provide the base for a lovely smooth blow dry. *Tip:- if you've a sensitive scalp, make sure you base (grease your hairline and partings) and wait until afterwards to have that hot drink - your head heats up when you drink hot stuff and that heats up the treatment which is turn can burn your head - bitter experience talking there. Nice product if used correctly, doesnt et your hair too striff.

Following the recall of a very popular relaxer, I have had the misfortune of lockdown and the extra disastrous experiences of other relaxers that didn’t work (wouldn’t straighten hair)! So when I came across this product I decided to give it a go the next day & I am super pleased with the results- its like I just got my hair done at the hairdresser. I followed the easy instructions and was rinsing my hair within the 20 mins application time. I literally had the least amount of breakage (maybe 20 strands of hair), and had about 2 inches of virgin regrowth (1 tub dealt with this) and I even wiped my already “relaxed hair”. I noticed my hair strand texture is alot stronger than they used to be post baby and this did the job. Please note night before i had put leavein conditioner and sealed with hair oil, BUT did not comb through or touch scalp to prevent burning. I have NO BURNS from this product but I washed as soon as tingles could be felt!! Listen to your body 100% will buy again

The conditioner leaked in the box the lid wasnt on properly. Never had this problem before. The realxer itself is really good for coarse hair great for sensitive scalp and dry hair. Have been using soft and beautiful for years. Definitely recommend.
