Save your neck
I just want to make this short and sweet, but this pillow has helped me with my neck problems. So far, I do not have any neck pain like I've had in the past.

Good
Llegó bien embalada en una caja, compacta. Al sacarla la dejé 48 hr para que tomara su forma. Además no es extra suave pero si es cómoda. Para personas que no usen almohada no es muy suave.

Best pillow for the price
Instantly stopped tinnitus. It's much better than the pillows available at that price. The design, the quality of materials, the extra pillow case screams elite product at a bargain basement price.

Better alignment for my neck
Usually it takes time for my neck to adjust to a new pillow and the instructions included with this cervical pillow points this out stating it can take 1-3 days. The first night I gave up after a couple of restless hours and grabbed my old pillow. The second night I was still a little restless in the beginning but once I fell asleep I was comfortable and slept through the night. By the third night I was no longer thinking about the pillow being different and just went to sleep. My neck is sensitive to being in correct alignment while I sleep and when it’s off then not only do I have neck pain it spreads down to my back and flares up my arthritis. So far with this pillow I haven’t been experiencing increased neck or back pain. I also noticed with the new pillow my head and shoulders seem more in alignment and the neck is supported whereas with my old pillow the head wasn't cradled and was a little more elevated up from the shoulders.I tried the stronger traction side of the pillow but it's too high for me. I noticed on the box it states the strong side is not for sleeping all night and to only use 30 minutes at a time. The instructions don’t indicate this use restriction so I’m not sure why it’s only specified on the box. The box also states to not be in hurry and to allow the pillow to settle for 24-48 hours before using, but this info also is not in the instruction booklet. I’m thinking this is for settling because I didn’t notice any mfg smells when it was unwrapped. It seems key points should be in the instructions and not just on a box that gets immediately tossed.I like that the pillow comes with two unique shaped covers so laundry day is less hectic. With two covers one can go in the wash and the backup cover put on right away. I also like that the unique shape of the pillow doesn’t prevent it from being put inside of a normal pillowcase because I have sensitive skin and put a new pillowcase on every night. I also like being able to use a normal pillowcase so when the bed is made it doesn’t look wacky, instead it looks basically the same as the hubby pillow. So far so good with this new cervical pillow and will continue using and see if my alignment is improves over time.

Less is more ... in my case?
2005 began chiropractic, even acupuncture relief since main stream medical, pharmacies and certainly ignorant Medicare (PITA) leave such as us in pain stranded and abandoned!!!So now an expert in neutral posture chairs, massage pads, pillows, et al. gotta give a first impression on this pillow and updates - perhaps one more star - upon getting to know it better. This is LESS than a real chiro-pillow sold in office or Amazon copy-cat in terms of curves, firmness, bells/whistles BUT seems to be making LESS pain in the morning for me even when coupled with top-o-line matteress suited for such pain = Sleep Number = ANY firmness one could hope for.Less is more, perhaps in this case, also simplicity get the least respect but solves the problem the most!

Didn't do it for me; misleading instructions
I slept on this pillow for about three weeks. Apparently I was sleeping on the wrong side, which could explain why I'd end up with neck and shoulder pain if I didn't turn over during the night (I'm a side sleeper). Beyond that, the instructions, as well as the product page, make it sound like you can choose which side you want to sleep on. However, as I went to get rid of the box I noticed that there were pretty grave warnings on the box about using the "strong traction" side--no more than 10 minutes at a time, no more than 30 minutes a day, and it can't be used as a regular nighttime pillow. That's the only place I saw this information--on the side of the box, not in the instructions.I did try sleeping on the "gentle traction" side a few nights, but this pillow is too firm for my tastes. I also tried using it with a thin-ish feather pillow on top of it but that wasn't comfortable either, so I think this just isn't for me. It does seem to be well-made and the pillow cover is nice. I put a regular pillowcase over that besides to keep the patterned white nice-looking.
