Bought it May 2023 and now buying the newer version for the other bathroom. You may need the extra/optional adapter if in the UK but they had really good customer service and a free hose adapter was sent within a few days last time. Will amend review if anything has changed. Really easy to install but it will also depend on your own bathroom layout in rgds to how much rubber and/or metal hose is required (cold/hot water). No leaks, works and no issues so far in 9 months.

Simple & functional bidet with Uk standard plumbing. Effective high water pressure for cleaning the front & back. Definitely saves our family from buying wet wipes.

My son researched and found this on Amazon for me, as there was no room for a bidet in our bathroom. It was easy to install, once we received the extra cold water hose (needed in the UK). We contacted LUXE Bidet, and James responded quickly. James was extremely helpful and kindly sent out the hose for free and also paid for the delivery. We use the LUXE Bidet constantly and would not be without it. Only wished we had got it sooner. Great customer service and delivery.

I have no access to the Tank like nearly most of UK toilets so most of the connectors provided were not suitable to my toilet either so i contacted customer support and they were more than excellent, they sent me a video for alternative way of installation ( through hot and cold water taps) and helped me find the right connecters and sent it to me for free( only paid shipment) and i perfectly installed it, best customer service ever, i totally recommend that Bidet and that company

I wasn't expecting much for the price but refused to spend £1000 on a new loo. Had this fitted in 10 mins, if you don't count 20 mins finding spanners! Took a few goes to get the pressure making both spray elements working but once sorted it works a treat. Well happy!

Well I bought this because it was number 1 on a list of U.K. bidets so I assumed it would fit my U.K. toilet. Terrible plan. Naive. It arrived and I successfully attached the bit that goes under the toilet seat. I turned off the water and unfastened the pipe going into the cistern/toilet water tank. Then I faced my first problem. The T fitting that they sent does not match my toilet. No worries, I had seen some reviews on here saying the company sent them extra parts to make it fit. So I contacted the customer support. They did not offer something to make it fit, they sent me to a video to fit it in a different (later discovered to be impossible) way. I watched the video, and when I returned to the chat log to thank the guy and say I’d try that I found the whole log was completely removed, as it is not optimised to work on mobile - if you leave the chat log it closes. Very unhelpful when they send you links that make you leave the chat log. The advice they gave me didn’t work, but looking at my set up I thought of another way it could work. Tried that. Did not work. Because the fittings remain slightly the wrong size. I decided to investigate the hot water under sink connection, thinking maybe I could link the hot water parts to cold water and have a cold water bidet. This product did not fit any of my U.K. sink fittings either. Gave up on that and reassembled my sink. Tried to put my toilet back together again. Still having hope of going to a hardware store tomorrow to get connecting parts, I left the bidet toilet seat attachment on. This was also a mistake, as it was massively in the way as I tried to reach past it to my pipes. Nevertheless, persisted. Pipes back together, water on: unstoppable leak. Water turned off. By this point it was 7pm on a Saturday. So all I had was my own tools. I tried my best to fix my toilet fittings back together, with a mix of Teflon tape and silicone. So far none of it has worked. The waters been on and off a few times testing different solutions. It’s 10pm. I still need to use the toilet and ideally shower (especially with all the contact with toilet water I’ve had today) before bed but the water can’t be put on for more than 30 seconds without flooding the bathroom. I realise what is actually broken at this point is my own toilet, (the bidet not fitting any single part of my plumbing system is a different issue) but this is your warning: don’t do this unless you have a backup emergency plumber you can call / a nearby friends house you can go to to shower and use a flushing toilet while you wait for said plumber.

It's not easy to install. If you live in Europe, be aware that this product is not designed for European standards, but for U.S. You will definitely need additional connection parts, such as a T-part, etc. You might even need to hire a plumber. Also, it doesn't fit properly on the WC seat. I had to pay an extra 25 euros for a new T-part, other necessary parts, and an additional plastic hose. Therefore, I don't recommend it.
