Why is this product given a California Prop 65 warning? Does the paper contain toxic elements?

Yeah. It will cause cancer. But only in California. I’m in ny and it is perfectly safe here.

Can this be used for tracing?

I use it for tracing sewing patterns and think it works very well. Perhaps it will depend on what you're tracing from.

Why does it say case of 12 but only 1 for quantity which is it ?
