I made this for my diabetic mother for her birthday cake and she loved it. Let cake completely cool before serving. In fact, I recommend storing the cake in the refrigerator as it tastes better cold. I used the mix for a batch of cupcakes and a small cake. I am going to shop this sellers store again in the future.
