BT21 KOYA Character Soft Plush Stuffed Animal Keychain Key Ring Bag Charm, 12 cm, Blue

I am FURIOUS! I purposely followed the link posted on the official BT21 Line account to the official BT21/ Line Amazon store so I wouldn't get ripped off!!! Nowhere did it tell me that my order was being fulfilled by a 3rd party. It said "sold by LINE Friends" (as you can see in my screenshot) and I didn't click on any other listings. How was I supposed to know that it wasn't authentic??? I paid $17.95 for him (which was the price of the official bag charms). Nothing seemed off. That was until my Koya keychain arrived. His ears, nose, and heads proportions are off (his nose even came crooked, I had to turn it the right way). He arrived in a bag and not in a nice hard plastic box (like the official ones). He pretty much looks just like all the other photos of the phoney Koyas. New York is too far away for me to visit the official BT21/ Line store so I figured this was a sure thing. Since I went through official channels. I'm so upset! I want a refund so I can actually go and buy an official, better looking Koya from a reputable seller. (Like the BT21 website instead.) Buyer beware!

it looks nice, but is obviously fake. one of the ears is bigger than the other, the legs are slightly misshaped, it has a different keychain than the originals, and comes packaged in a plastic bag instead of the box. this did say it was purchased from the official store when i bought it. it looks okay but it's really disappointing, I wouldn't buy this again.

i bought this koya keyring back in september, and upon further examination i realized he may be a "knockoff"/fake, though i am 99% sure i ordered directly from line friends and not a third-party shipper.no worries though! i love him all the same. in fact, the so-called "flaws" in the design make him even cuter (in my opinion). koya has held up very well, especially considering he may be a "fake". his keychain was attached with a split-key ring and is easy to remove if so desired. the keyring itself is actually fairly sturdy, and i have attached koya to my keys a few times just for fun.as a bts fan and a fan of novelty/cute collectibles, i enjoy my koya very much. it doesn't matter where he's from or if he's "real" or not; for me, koya is a cute reminder of bts's (especially namjoon's!) appreciation for their fans. ♡

I can confirm that this is the official Line Friends BTS BT21 Koya product! When I first got the package, I was worried because the packaging seemed very messy, but after I took off the tape, I was quickly able to put the box back together, and there are no scratches now (just some minor bends). The actual Koya product is completely fine, and it is the original and official one. It appears exactly like the display picture, as well as the official BT21 website pictures. The delivery for it, though, took some time. But when it finally arrived, I was very satisfied. Super cute!

This is the cutest, softest item I've ever bought! This is the first item I've bought from the BT21 line. I will always support the boys!!Unrelated note: Koya is coming to university with me and is currently seeking a higher education.

Little Koya is so cute! His smile is just like Namjoon's. He is super soft and well made and the clip is a durable one too. If it's taken care off correctly little Koya will last a life's time.
