Very convenient
this 60’’ Sandwich & Salad Prep Table for my restaurant, and overall it’s been a great addition to our kitchen. It comes with 16 food pans on top and a large 18 cu. ft. storage section below, giving us plenty of space to keep everything organized — from veggies and fruits to meats and toppings. The big cutting board is perfect for prepping salads, wraps, or sandwiches. There’s no divider between the topping area and the storage compartment, so the bottom space feels bigger and the pans on top stay colder. However, small items can occasionally fall through into the storage area — not a big issue, just something to keep in mind. The digital temperature control works great and is easy to adjust, and the four caster wheels make it simple to move around for cleaning. it’s a solid commercial prep fridge — practical, spacious, and very convenient for daily use in a busy kitchen.

Prep Table Freezes Overnight
3 months of use and the prep table freezes every night and the troubleshoot section of the user manual is unreadable. Can't find replacement parts on the Coolski website.
