I have been using this mascara for about two months and it's great!I have usually not been a fan of the silicone brush applicator and have preferred the old bristle brushes, but this one applies the product so nice and even. I would say that a second coat can be a little tricky because it dries fast and you risk a spider-leggy look, but to me one coat is all I need, it holds a nice curl and elongates my lashes. I have also had issues with other mascaras being too "wet" and by the time it dries my lashes goes straight again despite using the eyelash curler. It sticks to your skin so wipe with a q-tip right away if you mess up. I have oily skin and find that in Southern California climate, makeup just melts off my face, but this mascara last and no racoon eyes by the end of the day like most other non-waterproof ones end up on me.I can't attest for how well it stays on when actually swimming, but my eyes water a lot and it stays on even if I have to dab my eyes or put eye-drops in.Yes, best mascara I've ever had but a bit of a pain to take off, you definitely need a remover for waterproof makeup, but I highly recommend because I love the way my lashes look with it and just give my eyes a nice open look. I even use it on my brows to get that nice thick and bushy look without it looking painted on. I do have dark hair so it looks fine on me but might be too dark if you have lighter hair or complexion.

I love this mascara! It goes on well with no clumps. I can do both eyes without having to recoat the brush. I drive a semi and can apply this while getting ready for work, go work getting in and out in triple digit temps, and take a shower when I get home only to still have this mascara on with no runs down my face. Waterproof it is! Another bonus is that there are no fumes to make my eyes water like most mascaras I've tried in the past. This may be made from blueberries but it is black so have no worries.

I sold Lancome (top selling mascaras world wide) for over 4 years, and used Bobby Brown's Extreme Party Mascara for the last 4 years, which I adore because it's rewettable and layers and lasts beautifully.I gotta tell you, this mascara and it's purple non-waterproof counterpart, have THRILLED me. Most good mascaras now are running at $30, which is ridiculous, but we need great mascara, right Girls? These mascaras are the BEST I have found for their price point and excel in packaging and amount. These are both more natural, which I LOVE, and both of them do an excellent job. The regular one can flake a little...but it's really almost perfect compared to anything else in it's pricepoint. Don't even waste your time or money at the drugstore.The only caveat with this one is in application. You may need to SLOW DOWN and apply it very slowly or it can flick or smear because it is very wet when applied. Feel free to use a clean applicator rather that the one provided. The brush is fine for most lashes but may be too hard for anyone with short or few lashes. It is difficult to remove but that is the point of waterproof mascara! I wore mine to the beach today and I'm not taking it off. I'm sleeping in it so I'll look cute in the morning and will probably continue wearing it all day tomorrow. So it would be a good camping mascara, but I won't look glamourous tomorrow.* THE PHOTOS ARE AFTER I TOOK ALL MY MAKEUP OFF, so only the mascara is left after a full day of wearing it. That should tell you why I love it. I have no naturally color on my lashes, especially underneath, and this hangs onto my lashes really well. The last photo is what my makeup usually looks like at the beach with this mascara. (I hope you know how much I love you guys to include this goofy photos!! )One unexpected bonus: It curls my lashes! They are so cute!!So consider having a clean applicator on hand that fits your lashes best for perfect results and go slow. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LET DRY & LAYER like you do with some regular mascaras. It's not necessary and it really just doesn't work. This mascara seals quickly and does not layer. You will just make a mess under your eyes. If you do smudge, clean it up quickly with a Qtip.I try to get people to try these mascaras because they are a super deal, large tubes, and the other one I've been using daily and it is just now, months later, starting to dry up. This asked if I have to reapply it "only once" a day or more often....but you don't reapply it at all during the day. You have to clean it off with the cleanser for removing makeup. It's perfect! This is a perfect brand of mascara. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I've never found any other kind of mascara...waterproof or not...that I liked better! I love this...not clumping or dry flaky stuff falling off on your under-eye area or your cheeks! It stays on super well all day long!

Never thought I'd find a holy grail mascara, but this is pretty close! It glides on smooth as silk and holds a curl really well. The only time it smudges is if I've put eye cream on too liberally and gotten that on my lashes before applying the mascara. Even in that case, it still lasts quite well, but after 8hours or so of wear there will be some smudging. This isn't bothersome for me, and the benefits far outweigh that minor issue, so I'll definitely order this again.

I think the formula is nice, it does seem to be waterproof and goes on easily, not clumpy, but I don't like the brush or the final look. I like thick and long, natural looking lashes and mine are already long but lack the thickness. This mascara makes my eyelashes look sparse and a bit spiky. It's obvious I'm wearing mascara which isn't what I'm going for and even two coats didn't seem black enough.I'm not that picky when it comes to mascara, I look for something that's thickening and non clumpy, natural looking and long lasting. 2 out of 4 doesn't cut it and I will not purchase again. I think the brush is a big factor as to why it applies spikey and false looking so I might try swapping the brushes to get through the bottle.
