You need to try!
I got this in the mail the other day and I’m super excited to see how this continues to go! It’s 2 pills and thankfully, they are not giant & easy to swallow! Personally, I don’t really mind the taste. Since the pill is in a clear capsule, it is very transparent and no rough texture. I’m most excited to see how this helps with my bloating.. It’s only been a day, but I’ve noticed a little difference. Can’t wait to continue taking!

My top supplment in my healthy routine
This is the very best quality vitamin out there. I take it alone, on an empty stomach and it works best. No smell, and no taste. Definite value for what you pay and very effective! Highly recommend.

Great for detox but also kidney health
Overall a great detox supplement. I really like that it is a minimal ingredient list. I like to use charcoal for detox but it’s also good for kidney function as an added bonus!

Gentle and effective
This activated charcoal is much gentler on my system, especially digestive and still does the job very well

I like the amount of oxygen I get to my cells from this product. I actually feel like more oxygen is getting to my lungs when I workout. However, the amount of gas that it fills me with is a tad overwhelming in the form of burps and farts. Now, it could be just MY sensitivity to all things gut-related. It takes me 2-3 days to clear up. I tried cutting the dose in half. That kind of worked, except I poorly measured the second time so I ended up with a little more than half. First time was awesome. I guess 1/3 of a pill is the dose for me at 5 feet, 115lbs. It’s a great product once you find what works. Directions say to take 2 pills. I did not take 2 pills. When I say 1/3, I mean one third of one pill. That’s the dose for me. charcoal to ozone ratio that results from taking a capsule apart is unknown. I just know that is what I can tolerate and benefit from.

So much easier to take
Been using powdered charcoal for years. Having it in capsules is so much less messy and is much more convenient. Seems to work just as well as loose powder
