A Must-Have for Kitchen Safety: AUKLETBLIEF Anti-Cutting Gloves
I recently got myself the AUKLETBLIEF 4 PCS Anti-Cutting Gloves for kitchen use, and I must say, they've been a game-changer in my daily cooking routine. As someone who values safety and efficiency, particularly in technical environments, I find these gloves exceptionally well-designed for kitchen tasks.First off, the Grade 5 wear resistance is impressive. Whether I'm peeling vegetables, shelling seafood, or cutting meat, these gloves provide a high level of protection against accidental cuts. This is particularly important for me, as ensuring safety while handling sharp tools is paramount. The gloves fit comfortably, and I appreciate that they come in a large size, which is ideal for my hands. Despite their protective nature, they don't compromise on dexterity. I can still perform delicate tasks like peeling fruits or deveining shrimp with ease.Durability is another strong point. They're made from materials that withstand frequent use and washing. I've used them multiple times and they still hold up perfectly, with no signs of wear and tear. Plus, being black, they don't easily show stains, which is a bonus.Cleaning them is straightforward too. A quick rinse under the tap and they're ready to go for the next use. This ease of maintenance makes them a practical choice for busy kitchens. In summary, the AUKLETBLIEF Anti-Cutting Gloves are an essential kitchen accessory for anyone who values safety without compromising on functionality. They are comfortable, durable, and provide a high level of protection, making them a wise investment for both amateur and professional cooks. Highly recommended!

Great for shucking oysters and cleaning fish
I learned the hard way that shucking oysters is a good way to get cut and even a knife through your finger. Since then I have been using towels and now cut resistant gloves for that task as well as cleaning fish.I have used several brands, and most of them have a course mesh. These are very smooth mesh and provide greater dexterity. I am usually between a Lg and XL for gloves. These fit like most other gloves in XL where the fingers are bit long. They are stretchy and easily washable in the sink with some dish detergent while they are still on your hands. They dry pretty quick also.I have not tested their cut proof ability, but I know the sharp edges of shells no longer cause small cuts and abrasions. When cleaning fish, no more cuts from gill plates or the occasional bump from a filet knife. So they work great for what I use them for. I hope I never have to test them for a knife through the hand, but hope it will prevent or minimize the damage from that.It is definitely worth having a pair of these around if you do a lot of seafood and fish cleaning. At $12 for two pair, you can have a spare set.

Cut resistant gloves
I got these to avoid my wife or daughter slicing their hands open. They cut up fruit and I always cringe because they don't have the best knife skills. (I may not either, but years as a prep cook helped make mine adequate.) Anyway, I cant say these are great protection because we just got them and fortunately, nobody has made a mistake. Much like fire extinguishers and firearms, it's better to have them and not need them, than the other way around.

Just so-so
These gloves are mesh without any extra protection or rubberized coatings in the palm area or between the fingers. I found them to be a low to medium thickness. However, the glove material is flexible and stretchy so will fit your hands. The gloves offer a basic layer of protection but I bought them to use when deer hunting. I'm not at all confident they will be very protective when using a knife in that manner.

Effective, especially when using Mandoline style slicers. But order one size larger, run small.
Products work.Well made, no loose stitches or fraying. If you have 'large' size hands I strongly recommend ordering XL size gloves.I typically have found large ski and winter gloves comfortable, but my last pair of "Large" anti-cutting gloves (from a different seller) were extremely difficult to put on. So I ordered XL size for this current 2 pairs of gloves.Really glad I did. Large would have been too small again. And my older gloves stretch very little. These gloves already proved effective while slicing up a lot of vegetables on a mandoline slicer this week. Before I started using anti-cutting gloves, I inevitably got cuts each time I used one of these slicers. Now I don't, but the gloves will snag on the sharp blade when I get my fingers too close. No cut fingers, yet. So I'm happy with these new gloves. They protect my fingers and they fit. RECOMMENDED.Like that they include 2 pairs per order. Now, only I could find some specifically made to get water soaked for use while cleaning my chef knives. That's where I can still slip up. And the old ones I've used really did not feel good after repeatingly dunking in soapy water.

A little smaller than I thought but seem to do the trick.
I ordered a small in these because when I measured my hands I was right on the line between small and medium and I figured it'd be better to have them stretch than to be baggy while trying to cut things. So that's on me. The fingers are a bit shorter than I thought, but they'll work. The real test is will I cut myself? I have to admit i was a bit nervous, but the only way to tell was to try it. So I took one of my knives and ever-so-gently attempted to saw into my pinky finger. The glove stopped the blade and I suffered no cut!Now that I feel a bit more confident with them, I'll have to try out the REAL test.. the mandoline slicer! LOL.. I like slicing up radishes on my salads and the amount of times I've almost removed a section of a finger.. well.. let's not talk about that. Yeah, I know, use the spiky thing.. but I feel like I lose a lot of radish that way so I just user my fingers and go slower as I get close to the 'end.' If these gloves stop me from slicing into my hand when I do that, they'll absolutely be worth the price, which honestly is pretty good for 4 gloves.
