Very happy with great fire.

Amazing
Dubious at first given the price, but it's a quality piece of kit. The remote control is cheap and nasty and will fail, but the controls are available on the fire itself, so limited risk.

No Customer Support
The fire developed a squeaking noise a few weeks after it was installed. There is no way to contact the manufacturer to arrange a repair. Amazon offered a refund on return but having paid to have it installed and built in this is not a great option. It is so noisy that it can’t be used.

Me ha gustado el precio y la cantidad de opciones de configuración, en cuanto a colores, intensidad, niveles de temperatura y muy positivo el contar con temporizador, ya que es hipnotizante y te dan ganas de dormir plácidamente. Da calidez a la sala. En mi caso, la he colocado a tres caras dentro de un cajón hecho de cartón yeso Echo en falta un poco más de profundidad, para tener un efecto de fuego más realista, pero chimeneas 3D más profundas suelen costar 5 veces más, así que si el presupuesto es ajustado, es muy buena opción. Los laterales metálicos mejorarían mucho si no se viesen los tornillos, ya que al encastrar no queda bien que se vean esos tornillos. Aún así, muy contento con la compra.
