This game is definitely a little "geeky" and I would say is best suited to the board gaming community rather than Joe public. The rules are a little complex to learn, but the game is fun and easy to play once you've got the hang of it. Me and my two children love to play it, they are 10 and 12. It's a challenging game and I'm not sure I've really got my head round the best tactics yet, my children seem to keep beating me lol. Games last about an hour, which is good for us as it's easy enough to find time to play and everyone can keep their attention for that long. It's small and easy to transport. It has a lot of very small pieces so you do have to be careful not to lose any and does need a table to play at. It is great fun to play once everyone knows the rules. It's also simple enough that you can initiate a new player quite easily as they can just play along with guidance from others who know how to play.

Having ordered this on 16th March with a scheduled delivery date of 20th to 23rd March, it dropped through the letter box today (17th March). Excellent delivery service from the seller (Zatu Games).I've played this many times before, I ordered this to replace my old one which is pretty worn-out and beaten up. All of the Tiny Epic games are brilliant, the boxes are so small you can take them anywhere. Good quality components, easy to pick-up rules and very quick to play. My grandkids (7 and 9) play this in the car it takes up so little space.Highly recommended!
