As an owner of an expensive watch, I decided to buy a second one cheaper, for work. This is a really good watch for the money I paid for it. It is waterproof, as I have tried it in a swimming pool.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this watch as it isn't cheap but also not at the price level of well known brands. I have 2 different brand expensive ones but have also tested many cheaper models. Out of the box this looks and feels great, you really would be fooled into thinking it is a much more expensive model. Easy to set up and download the required app with a QR code. The app itself is great with lots of features and easy to use. The watch itself is very responsive, it moves between modes swiftly and as everything you would want from a smart watch. Limited choice of watch faces on set up, but you can download more. If you are looking for a great smart watch on a budget, then look no further, I'm very impressed with this one at a third of the price I've paid for a branded one.

This is a great watch, has lots of features and at a great price point. I found using some of the workout setting a bit fiddly but if you just stick on a generic workout it does fine. The major problem is the strap buckle is very weak and broke in around a week, it seemed to be made of plastic which just wasn’t up to strength for day to day use let alone workouts. I have now returned for a full refund.

I was really starting to like this watch and the App, but then, as others have also reported the bit within the clasp snapped, meaning it no longer holds the strap in place. I considered keeping the watch and just replacing the strap, but it looks like an unusal fitting, so returning for refund.

This watch is a fantastic watch, although priced higher than the average, it is certainly higher than average for a monitoring watch Comes within a stylish presentation box so makes an ideal gift. The watch is branded as Amazfit which is part of the Zepp brand. Zepp the actual software that you download to your smartphone to synchronise the data from the watch. This ‘Active Edge’ watch is part of a range of these watches ranging from £129.00 to £499.00 This watch does what I need so I am extremely happy with what it provides. Prior to obtaining this watch I logged on to the Amazfit website which provides a great video introduction on how to use the watch. The watch is supplied with a very small print instruction book so the video is much better. The watch has 4 action buttons around the clockface to select each function or go back The watch monitors the following functions and each function can be assessed ad hoc by simply selecting and it shows a moving icon to show this Workouts - outdoor running, walking, treadmill ,trackrun, restraining, yoga, triathlon, multisport which you can track with a GLS, jumping rope, stretching. The watch can also provide you with a workout programmes - see picture. Other functions include heart rate which also gives the low and high and average The sleep monitor also indicates different types of sleep such as REM and deep/light sleep The orange watch face which is what the watch is the default face is actually quite attractive, you can change it but it is so different it sets it apart from other watches - it gives the current step count and heart rate at a glance. The ‘Zeppo’ software for the phone is also excellent and allows you to add locations for weather direct to the watch and receive messages and calls from your phone like other smart watches. This watch has a higher price but it does much more than the average - highly recommend

There are Smart watches and there are Smart watches, meaning some are far superior to others. Whilst this may not be a super Smart watch, it does get close, but without the very large price tag. First of all this watch is versatile including choice of 'face' - I particularly like the one in the photo. It is very accurate all round - steps, time, etc etc - and is comfortable to wear. The strap that comes with it is really tough and robust and looks like it will take all you can throw at it - although that is never a good idea with any watch (you know what I mean). I have several (too many possibly) Smart watches and this one is indeed the best of the bunch. It has a good 'look' about it, has several buttons - still learning what they are all for - has a nice bright and very clear screen/face and is simply comfortable to wear. However, one of my bugbears is battery time. My son has a trendy iWatch which needs charging each night, but this watch's battery d=seems to last and last before it needs a charge. Indeed it has been well over a week and still has well over 50% battery left - how's that. Brilliant - Highly Recommended.

This is a great alternative watch to the branded ones available on the market. It looks like an actual watch so I like the design and you can choose different background which I also like as it can be personalised. The watch operates well once you connect it to your smartphone and download the app required. There you get a lot more data around bodily measurements and sleep. I'd recommend it as a good mid range option. It's 100M waterproof but have not tested that part of it yet. I shower with it in warm water but wouldn't put it in a hot bath. The battery lasts more than a week depending on how often I connect it to my phone. It's the best smartwatch I've used for exercise. It measures in detail and has multiple exercise options.

I really loved this watch, I bought it because of the 10ATM feature as I surf as a hobby. After a couple of months the buttons just stopped working I contacted the AMAZFIT repair service, sent the watch and they sent me a new one but a different model! So essentially I have a new watch that I cannot.use in the sea and probably will have to go through the hassle of sending it back again! The whole experience a pain really.
