clear and concise
Amazing book!!! Well organized and easy to read. I love how simple yet well-explained the book is. The pictures are nice to show us what kind of pizza crust we are going to end up in the dough section of the book. Can't wait to try some more of the recipes from this book.

A great new resource for pizza and other "pizza oven" recipes
I am a Gozney fanboy. I have a dual-fuel Dome and I totally love it. I'm a religious follower of their YouTube videos and web-published recipes. So I was afraid this might be just a compendium of those things – which would be great because a cookbook is more user-friendly when cooking. Instead what I found was that this is a legit cookbook with a wide range of dough recipes, sauce recipes, pizza recipes, etc., including non-pizza options. The cookbook format is a huge value-add because it's so easy to find something new to try. Because these are oriented to a "pizza oven" (not just ones made by Gozney), I think it's more likely to achieve success than repurposed general-purpose recipes.I put "pizza oven" in quotes because the Dome (and others like it) are really specialty ovens that can be used for many more things than just pizza. My preference is using my Dome with wood fire as a general-purpose outdoor cooking tool for a lot of different things.

Get this book if you want to cook Detroit style pizza in a Gozney Dome
This book has recipes for most styles of pizzas. The recipes I were most interested in were for Detroit style pizzas that you have to cook in a pan vs. directly on the stone. This book will give you the right proportions and pan size (8x10) to set you up for success on the first try. All that said I’d recommend cooking your Detroits in a regular oven with a baking steel setup and sticking to regular Neapolitan, NY, tavern-style pizzas in the Dome since it’s easier with a few less steps.Otherwise this book has recipes and techniques that make it a great addition to any budding pizza aficionado’s bookshelf. I’d also recommend The Pizza Bible and The Pursuit of Pizza for your pizza cookbook library.

A good basic pizza making book
This book is a set of instructions for the novice pizza maker. It covers all the appropriate topics in a clear and often pictorial manner. It is a good addition to the already well-documented subject and a good place to start mastering the art of making a good pizza.

Great
Love the detailed directions and tips in the book. Cook times and geared for their pizza oven so I wouldn’t purchase if you are looking for oven or grill receipts. However—their pizza dough recipe is the best dough I have made to date!

Found misstakes
This cookbook would benefit from a review of the content. I found some ingredients that were listed in the recipe weren't actually mentioned in the recipe. There were also suggestions to freeze dough but no instructions on how to defrost and ferment as a beginner this was my first pizza book and it was lacking instructions.
