This was my favorite piece of exercise equipment after my total knee replacement. This really helped me stretch and it helped to release the tightness in my muscles for the most relief. It is very well made and sturdy. They had one just like this one at physical therapy. It is easy to adjust to get the right fit for the length of your leg. I highly recommend this if you have a knee replacement. It was one of the easiest exercises to do.

This works. It is very easy to assemble. Easy to store since you can store is standing up. The knee brace part is adjustable, so it is good for most heights.
