I try to use it to print PDF and Word documents, but it runs so many random codes. After I read the instructions, I realized that it does not fit in the Mac os system.

I got this printer for my business to include small notes and invoices with my orders. I didn't want to use a regular printer since I feel that wastes a lot of paper. So I got this printer and it works great. It takes a little to get used to but it was well worth it. Very happy with the print and size. It was easy to setup as well. Since it's a thermal printer I also feel that I am saving money by not having to buy ink.

This thermal printer exceeded my expectations with its simplicity and efficiency. While it's primarily designed for POS receipts, it can also print large labels and barcodes as well. The installation and setup process is not the easiest and the provided instructions could use some improvement. Once up and running, the printer operates at a nice speed, producing clear and easily readable prints. While it may lack some advanced features, it's perfect for small retail operations like ours. Overall, it's a great value for its functionality and reliability.

Got this for our small retail operation. It was easy to plug in and set up, though I wasn't sure it would work after downloading the software from the sketchy-seeming website, but it has. The printer prints remarkably fast and what is printed is very clear and easy to read. Overall, great basic thermal printer, doesn't have any unnecessary bells and whistles (which we don't need anyway), is perfect for what we need it for.

I tried to connect this to a tablet I use for my pos, It has no bluetooth, tried connected to booth my pc and Laptop and I can't find the drivers the website they said to go to is not a safe website , very upset just tossed it in the trash.

The basic setup for the printer is very simple. USB or Ethernet, everything falls into place. The drivers is downloaded from their website but the software is unsigned and triggered a lot of alarms on my computer. Once I cleared them the software it directly connected and allowed me to print. The software download includes window, Mac, even Android software. The software is a bit spartan but very effective.

It never even turned on. I called "Amazon Tech Support" - the automated voicemail just directed me to a refund. great support.
