Relaxium has been a great addition to my nighttime routine. Didn't work for me.

I buy this product often. I take a lot of medication and have a huge problem on getting sleep. I have a prescription sleeping pill that does put me out but puts me out for 12 hours. Then the rest of the day I am still woozy. So i quit taking the prescription pill and started taking Relaxium Sleep. It works out so much better. I get anywhere from 6 to 8 hours, mostly 7 hours, of sleep a day and when I wake up I am not all woozy for the day and am able to do something.

I thought I would try this and it works well for me - I only need to take one an hour before bedtime, and will take another if I wake during the night and can’t get back to sleep. Does contain melatonin.

did not work as well as I expected from the advertised

This product helps to calm me. I have challenges falling asleep and staying sleep. This product will help me fall asleep, but I still wake up during the night. Its easy to use and I like bc it says it is natural. I may order it again bc it works to relax me .

This was recommended by my physician after another patient had tried it and wanted to get his feedback. I’ve been struggling with staying asleep and I took the suggested amount (2 capsules) and fell asleep quickly and was able to stay asleep all night and woke up refreshed after 8 hours. I even tried just one capsule and still was able to rest well. I would highly recommend !
