This is a great way to get your collagen, peptides and biotin all at once. Since starting taking Zena Nutrition Liquid I have seen a difference in my nails (they are stronger & are growing fast). My hair is getting fuller & is also growing fast. I highly recommend this product for everyone.

Zena high absorption Collagen and Biotin supplement. It’s good. It was recommended to me by my health conscious dental hygienist whom I trust. The mixed berry flavor is tolerable. It tastes like liquid vitamins plus berry flavoring. Not the greatest but it’s fine. I don’t mix it with water but just take a shot glass of this straight. If you’re over 30 years old you likely need collagen. Our bodies stop producing it over time. I’m 57 so it is a must for me. I just consider this part of my supplement routine. Third time purchasing. Should have started taking it sooner but better late than never. :)

Zena’s Liquid Collagen is a product I have been using around two years. I appreciate that it is in liquid form and easy to take instead of a capsule or powder to add into a smoothie or other food. The liquid collagen came highly recommended. That is why I bought it. It tastes pretty good. The bottle cap was broken from shipment, I had to use a throwaway water bottle top to replace the broken cap.

This is a great Collagen Biotin supplement. It is liquid and I store it in my refrigerator. It doesn’t taste that great, kind of like cough syrup? It doesn’t smell good and is a touch grainy in texture. I suppose you could mix it in with something if you are that particular. I do wish it tasted better but if it comprises the quality than keep it the same. It is a vitamin supplement after all. The dose you drink is just a little bit so I tolerate it and I thought the liquid would absorb better than pills. I think my hair, skin, and nails are healthier and grow better when I use this supplement. I am a 49 y/o female.
