A great prayer journal for reflection questions and prayer prompts for each day. A good book.

I liked this journal. Lovely bible quotes to help you with issues that you may be facing. For example for my anxiety. Lots of pages so that you can go through the book and then start from the beginning again. A good way to reread what you might have already written and see how God has helped you with the previous issue you were dealing with.
