I love these magnesium glycinate capsules it knocks me out better than trazedone and ambien without all the weird side effects. The only thing I’d slightly complain about is it does make me a little groggy but nothing like Benadryl or unisom. I’m noticing less muscle cramps too. Lest Restless legs syndrome.

I’ve tried all different brands of magnesium glycinate and this one is my favorite one. It’s 400 mg which is the perfect dose and these pills are nice and easy to swallow. I feel like they help me relax and sleep better at night.

Sooooo much better than melatonin. It's especially great since I work out a lot & this helps my muscles recover. It still gives intense dreams, but only because the sleep is so deep. Nowhere in the neighborhood of creepy melatonin dreams, & I have a lot more control within them, which is relaxing.
