Perfect for my purpose. Easy to cut and place behind vents to keep insects out. Good quality.

I got these to cut into shapes that would fit into my exterior vents to prevent wasps and other pests from coming in. Normally you don’t want to have a screen on a dryer vent (as it can catch lint and become a fire hazard) but I have a ventless washer dryer combo so this was to help prevent external pest penetration into the home. I also put one on my external bathroom exhaust vents to keep bugs and other things from coming in there as well. While it’s probably cheaper to by a whole big role this sheets are a manageable size and worked perfectly for my needs with minimal waste so I was happy with them. The metal is strong yet flexible and will work well for many other uses.

Easy to cut with heavy duty scissors or metal cutting shears. The stainless steel mesh screen was easy to form around an exhaust vent to keep wasps from building a nest inside. I attached the mesh with metal screws.

They are well made and work for my needs. I do wish they had smooth edges. Watch out for that or they will poke a hole in your fingers.

We recently replaced the porch lights on our home and didn’t want to have spiders crawling up the open bottom of the fixture and making a home inside the lights. A short search and, huzzah this mesh appeared. It is exactly what we needed. It is stiff enough to allow a 7” x 7” square of it to sit flat inside the fixture without sagging.Is it a bit sharp and pokey? Yes it is, I was careful when handling and did not sustain any injuries.Could it be cut with a decent pair of scissors? Yes and by marking the lines with a permanent marker, it can be cut straight.The material is thick enough to provide the rigidity needed for the bug exclusion project and the mesh is open enough to allow the fixture to breathe. The sheet size was also about right for my needs.

It’s okay. The first time I ordered, some of the mesh came falling apart. I returned and ordered a second one. It’s a little better than the first one. I’ll just accept it for what it is.
