So far, I am not disappointed. It was worth the purchase. I have had this labtop for several months. Very useful for school. I wished a mouse was included or a compatible mouse would have been suggested. I purchased two different ones and unfortunately they weren't a match. I will keep researching. Nevertheless, the labtop is a reasonable price. I will do another review in the future. I am praying for longevity. We will see. The quality is a plus.

I like all aspects of the device until after only three months it would no longer charge. I performed all troubleshooting and still nothing. Contacted the company by email as owners manual instructed. After four months and five emails received a response. Then I was asked twice to provide needed information. I did as asked. No response since. Do not under any circumstance order from this company. I’m a small business owner and this has caused a significant financial impact on me.

I think this this laptop is absolutely perfect for personal use or school, it’s not rlly laggy or glitchy it’s a little annoying with the mousepad but the only huge issues is the battery life, absolutely terrible, it does die very quickly and only had it for about a week now. temperature regulators are good, no touch screen, performance is pretty good too and I do think this is worth the money if you want a laptop for school.

This product came up in my search for Lenovo products. It was totally my fault for not catching the bait and switch.I can not get the touch screen to work. I've looked at videos to install a driver, but there is no option to select to install it.

Just got this laptop in last night set it up this morning. I plugged in the charger turned it on let it do the update, and after that I got a battery low warning so I switched sockets on the wall and still nothing… I was texting support from the pc but it died a tragic death. I guess I’ll get me $back…
