These pillow covers are unusual, in a good way! I would say unique, but I now have 3 of them. They seem well-made. Substantial enough to stand pretty with even the most inexpensive pillow insert inside. The zipper is tiny ( also in a good way) and well hidden. I don’t know if it would tolerate much abuse, but I don’t plan on trying. It was to stuff and so attractive. Much less expensive than if buying it with a pillow inside from just about anywhere. Very nice :)The fabric is stiff and feels almost as if it is heavy nylon. Probably not. It is like a medium weight burlap, smooth, not shiny, but waxed? Waterproof? Haven’t tried. It is not a linen or jersey. These threads are definitely burlap. A bit of a coarse weave. Yes. Defined. Can see the weave. It is - not rough, but visible. In a good way!Enough of that. If you are looking, buy one. IDecided to try them outside for summer. So far so good. Not blowing away, yet. Dare I say they look beautiful?The 18x18 size fits perfectly over the same size pillow insert but am wondering if the pillows I used were too “wide-edged” ( gusseted). I suggest using a regular pillow insert so more of the colors would show (and less of the big beige lady), though maybe you’re looking for that kind of thing. Thanks to you, Picasso, I am still considering buying a fourth, with a different style insert to try.Moral of story: Less flesh on the patio is more.:D

This case is so bland. The colors just do not stand out. It does the job of making a pillow look better but there is so much beige. The cover is very soft. The back is the same as the front but they don't tell you that in the description. All in all I am going to shop for a more lively pillow case.

Lovely vibrant color.

Material is nice & colorful. Fast delivery. However, the complete image isn’t visible. I’m a huge Picasso fan & this disappointed me.It seems as though the fabric is cut too close cropping part of the image. I will keep it, but a bit disappointed.(see photos)Update: I worked with the pillow insert & it’s better.

I actually filled it with a large bath cotton towel and a fluffy shirt, better than allergic or material which may cause allergies. I love COTTON :) It looks great and sturdy when I place it on my bed for decoration.I am happy with my purchase.
