Effective belt
It works well. Best to wear it for an hour to help break it in. You could do this at home or put it on as you enter the gym.I had it for a few weeks now and it has became pliable to my natural waist / abdomen. It has helped me pack on new PRs! Definitely get.

It's decent
Very thin which was what I was looking for. It's held up just fine for the few months I've had it. The edges are a bit sharp and sometimes dig in during squats and deadlifts but that could happen with lots of belts. But it's holding up fine so far for a cheap belt. 4 stars just because the edges

Great belt
It's really a great belt, I suggest you go with a size bigger. I'm a 36' waist I should of went with a size bigger. Other than that, it saves my back

Great Overall Belt, Love it
Really comfortable, not overly thick or stiff but provides really good support...sizing is great as it allows for fluctuations up & down...its a good balance between added support but not solely relying on the belt for lifts.

Finally!!
I have gotten a few gym belts and none of them fit right or tightened the way you needed them too, velcro doesn't seem to tighten the way you need them to in order to keep your back straight, buckle belts always perform the way you need them to, I hope this belt lasts a long time, I work out a lot so we will see. Need to wear it in because it's a bit stiff since it is brand new, but I have faith this will be the last belt I will need.
