Small but Audible Improvements
If you've made the investment in quality source components, upgrading stock cables is the next logical step. I added this Pangea AC-14 power cord to my Marantz SA-KI Ruby SACD player and came away impressed. It's not a dramatic difference to the presentation, but there's an audible reduction in noise. There's also a tighter focus on ambient detail and bass response. The cable is well-built and flexible, which is nice for routing to a power strip or conditioner. A reasonable period of break-in improved the sound further. It's worth picking up if you're in the market for a (relatively) inexpensive power cable upgrade for a CD player or DAC.

Very good build quality
Was perfect fit for my Technics SL-1200G-S. Made a marked improvement in performance. It fit well in the area on the turntable that is odd shaped for the power connector and not a good fit for most audiophile pc's. Well made high quality cord.

A Little Stiff, But a Nice AC Cable
Another well-built cable from Pangea. This power cable looks and feels great. It keeps electrical interference at bay. My only issue is it's somewhat on the stiff side. If it were a little more flexible, it would be perfect.

Integrated Amp (Subtle Improvement) - Subwoofer (MAJOR Improvement)
I did some extensive A/B testing and there is in fact a subtle improvement in sound. Specifically, compared to my stock cable, vocals are more centered and intelligible. A couple of the songs I tested also have percussion panning going on, which now have a better separation and clarity. For the price I would say these cables are worth the upgrade, especially over stock cables. Personally I wish their were more colorways than black and blue, an all black cable would be much preferred, but none the less, these cables will be staying in my system. Update: Purchased another to replace the OEM cable for my KEF KF92, and OMG what a difference! This somehow added like 20% perceivable loudness at the same gain level and gave me more texture and detail retrieval. I am in absolute shock, I expected a subtle improvement and this is beyond subtle. Pangea, I have nothing but admiration for what you have managed to achieve!

I was a skeptic, but not anymore.
I was skeptical that a power cord could make much if any difference at all, but figured there were enough companies offering Hi-Fi cords and comments from people I knew that I figured it was worth a try. At worst case, I'd return them and just be out the shipping cost. I bought a .6 meter one for a bass preamplifier and a 2 meter one for the power amp. I tried the one for the preamp first. It was a bit louder at the same settings and just seemed slightly fuller in sound. I still had some hiss turning the volume up most of the way, but no worse than before. Swapped back and forth and it definitely was the new cord. Then I plugged the power amp using the new cord, and that hiss I associated with turning up the preamp was definitely reduced. The hiss I was hearing was through the power amp. The sound also improved, but in a subtle way. I could definitely tell the difference. This was no placebo effect. Bass takes a lot of power and the power capacitors and transformers have to have enough power in reserve to handle peaks. I have a line conditioner and the voltage was within normal range so everything should have been getting enough of clean power. I couldn't believe that a higher capacity shielded power cable would make any difference at all. It definitely did for me. Worth the money? Definitely. If you have really good gear, this is more than worth the price. If you have low end gear, then I'm not sure the difference would be that dramatic. It might improve it, but only as much as the weakest link. I would have never have thought that my weakest link was the power cord.

Insulated, noise, free
Excellent product. Smooth voltage. Noise, isolation, there’s just enough difference to make it worthwhile. Definitely audio file grade.

Nice and sensibly priced
Very nice power cords at a price that won't break the bank.

Well built power cable.
Pangea cables are well built and a solid value compared to other exotic cables. I replaced all my stock power cables with these primarily because of the look and that I could get exactly the length I needed so that I did not have cables hanging behind my cabinet. Do power cables make a difference in the sound? I can't say that they do or don't and if there was a change, it was too subtle to notice.
