Very good book with some nice surprises i.e. the stickers to have fun with. Love the way GC describes his love for food and his family. Not all, but some of his recipes will be tried for sure!! Love the way the book is presented.

Bought as a gift for a friend who was thrilled to receive it. It’s a great book, recipes, write ups and photos are on point. Not too shabby for someone who enjoys traditional recipes with a modern twist!

An Aussie chef with a Hellenic heart
I have received this book for my bday and it was an unexpected gift, thus very appreciated. George Calombaris has a very personal way of reinterpret hellenic food with a modern taste.I love also the photos and the fresh layout.A very nice and funny cook book :)
