Knee Ice Pack Wrap for Pain Relief, Reusable Hot and Cold Therapy Wrap for Swelling, Recovery, and Therapy for Arthritis, Meniscus Tear and ACL

This knee gel pack is so much more than for the knee. It works on the shoulders because of the generously long straps and secure Velcro fasteners. I haven’t yet put it in the freezer to use as a cold pack but I have used it as a heat pack and boy does it hold the heat! My husband fell from quite a height and injured his foot resulting in bruising and swelling. Nothing broken fortunately. So he’s been icing with an ice pack and then using the knee pad for heat. It fits beautifully around his foot and is held securely in place. I originally purchased it to use on my shoulder but haven’t had a chance to use it yet. Once my husband’s foot heals, I’ll use it with castor oil on my shoulder to alleviate some minor complaint. I may order another one just to have the flexibility of an extra one in the house. Update 5/28/25 - I was mistaken about this brace working on the shoulder. The straps are quite long but not long enough to span the circumference of an adult. I’m not a large woman and these straps won’t wrap around me in order to adhere to themselves. I’m using it now but it’s held in place by a long ace bandage. Also, this brace heats up great but do not let children or elderly people use this unsupervised as it does get quite hot. Shouldn’t be used on bare skin.

Works great. It stays cold for over 30 minds. The design is great . It wraps around my knew and stays in place of if I have to get up and walk.. Velcro sticks really good. It covers the whole back of my knee and comes up a little on the sides of the knee. Happy with my purchase!

I'm using this currently after an adult tonsillectomy (day 4/5). Yeah, worth it. But, be ready to have other flexible ice packs outside of the four tear drop mini packs these come with. These do not stay cool long. I had a few of the long rectangular flexible gel packs already, and wrap them in a wash cloth (to protect my skin) and use this wrap like a "collar" rather than over the head on my neck/under jaw. It works great! This particular product allows you to snooze or walk around while icing hands-free. I strongly recommend getting two ice bags, the fabric old-timey looking ones made of fabric where you put ice cubes in- as those stay colder, longer. Both options on rotation will be excellent. The Velcro hold is ok. You wouldn't want it so strong it could choke you, so that makes sense. If you have a big head, this may not fit you well. I have a smaller head and it's a little tight. Around my neck as a collar (not its intended use) it's very large, since I have a small neck. I recommend this product, and hope you have a good recovery for whatever you're getting this for!!

Best thing I've done for my shoulder. Yes the temp retention is not the best but the support after a workout and 20 mins of cold is perfect. Fit is great as well. Im 5'10 195.

These are the best gel shoulder ice pads we have found on Amazon. The gel and weight of the ice pads is very similar to the larger one used at physical therapy. We did modify it for our needs though 😉 This was used after rotator cuff surgery. It turned out to be too cumbersome to work the elastic around my husband’s shoulder ( especially when he was on his own for a bit). The cuff was too tight and painful to his arm right after surgery. This wrap does have a seem to cut the arm part and cut the straps off. Now it lays nicely on his shoulder . We tried several types of ice wraps and this has the nicest gel that stays cold and doesn’t get stiff . We also use a Bregg Polar Cube ice machine ( we don’t use the straps on that either) . This gel pad is great to lay on top of the pad that comes with the machine and my hubby says it feels great! We used these ice pads, the ice machine , and an electric lift chair to get through the surgery. (Still sleeping in the chair) . These gel shoulder wraps in xl were a great addition to his recovery plan 💝 we bought several to swap out for cold ones 😊 ( as others reviewed the cold doesn’t last long but it is very comfortable)

This is perfect for around my foot to help plantar fasciitis pain. I wear a size 7 shoe and it wraps around my foot perfectly. Stays cold for at least 30 minutes. Just what I needed!

Unfortunately, I don’t have a picture wearing it because it isn’t the most flattering in my opinion but it absolutely works. I purchased this item with the purpose of wearing it post tonsillectomy. The durability is excellent and it is a spandexy material meaning it is also flexible. Due to the location of the ice packs inside the band, it lands more on the back of the jaw which it is intended to for wisdom teeth removal. However, it didn’t really help with my pain due to the placement. The packs freeze fast, hard, and thicken. Therefore it is difficult to put them into the band pockets once frozen so I recommend freezing them IN the band. There was no leakage or foul odors and once the packs defrost they can be stored compacted!

The product was very good quality and I was able to sleep with it on. I would have preferred one that was a little bit more stronger for daily use. For the price, I would still recommend it.

Gel started leaking within 1 month's usage. Useless.
