not disappointed
Well, I use this in Residential HVAC and not only has it not disappointed but it has become the “go to” oscillating tool amongst peers. When given the choice between Milwaukee, DeWalt, and other big name brands, co-workers come for the Flex because it’s fast, it’s powerful, and has superb battery life.

Wooo, as good as a corded
I'm very impressed with the power it has! Worth the money! I've used a couple of other ones and they don't compare at all with this Flex. It's heavier than the others and uses the strarlock blades. Still worth the money!

Fantastic tool. Had issue with battery, and they replaced it.
The tool is fantastic. I have quite a few of these flex tools now. Replaced my older tools with Flex. I did have an issue with one of my batteries leaking the coolant. I think I got one of the ones from the bad batch they had, but it's unrelated to this tool. I got the bare tool in this case. Warranty on the battery is amazing. This tool has a very well thought out design. Changing blades is stupid easy.

Great tool
When my husband told me he wanted to get this, I asked him what he planned on using it for...and he didn't have a response. So I wasn't entirely sure why he wanted it if we didn't "need" it, as my husband is pretty frugal and this has a decent price tag on it. He told me that others who own it had said they can't believe they don't know how they didn't have it before. I'm not entirely sure what projects he plans to do with it, but he has tried it out for a few things (cutting off nail heads, cutting PVC, cutting under door jams) and it is powerful. He is very excited for home improvement projects!

The Most Useful Demolition Tool Around
The Flex 24V oscillating multi tool is an absolute beast. I own and use the Milwaukee M12 Fuel oscillating multi tool frequently, and while it is quieter and vibrates a bit less than, this Flex tool has considerably more power and stability when cutting through thicker or tougher material. I still use the M12 Fuel version for small tasks, but if I had to choose only one to keep out of the two, it would be the Flex every time. Build quality is among the best of any power tool on the market. Feels like it can withstand a lot of abuse and should last a very long time.If you are doing any kind of remodel or demolition work, this tool is worth it's weight in gold. It can cut through nails, screws, and even most bolts with ease. It's indispensable for removing framing, cutting under or behind trim, removing nails or screws behind cabinets, cutting the nails holding in electrical boxes without opening the wall, and so much more.If you're already in the Flex line, this is a no-brainer. If you are thinking of switching, give any of their tools a chance, you will probably be blown away.

Solid Tool
The list price on Amazon at the time of this review is 199, which is about what to expect for a tool, charger, and 2.5aH battery. I compared this to my Milwaukee M12 Fuel oscillating tool (which I love and I think is the best mult-tool you can buy) and this is bigger, vibrates more, and is heavier than the M12. Overall, however, I'm very impressed with this tool (plus the couple other Flex tools I've picked up). It is comfortable to use and it is a great pick up of you're in the Flex 24v line. I highly recommend checking out Project Farm's review of this tool as well.

powerful saw
the good: powerful low vibration great battery lifethe so so : it's damn loud as are all BUT manufacturers can do better they got the vibration down now get the noise down, it does use a different than many other brands blade style though and you need to be aware of it, the starlock blades are a bit more than the "universal" blades and there seem to be adapters out there but as long as i can find generic starlock blades the adapter won't be needed
