Good product
This worked for me, although like other comments on here it does give you bad wind. I had it at lunch and dinner time and really helped curb my craving and over eating.

Read the side effects before you buy
The tablets worked in a way I definitely wasn't as hungry. However they gave me horrendous stomach cramps and diarrhea..I wouldn't recommend taking them if you have a sensitive stomach
