Poor quality. Nice lipstick
Thay got the look right with the artisan paint job but it's just a thin cheap mug . I get more thermal mass from a glass. Not good for any hot drink.

Handle broke down within a month of use!
The cup looked good upon unboxing. However, the handle broke within a month of use. It was not at all sturdy to begin with and looked as if attached separately. I guess the joint just gave away upon use.

Received this mug a few days ago and have been using it since. The cup is very well made. If you are interested in Japanese culture and a fan of drinking tea and coffee. Its a quality mug that reminds you of Japanese grade craftsmanship and dedication to a product.
