However, the hinged area presents a potential weakness. Although I've completed over 100 perfect push up without any sign of hinge failure.It comes with foam/rubber pads for use on smooth hard surfaces like laminate, preventing slippage. making it the perfect push up handles for floor.Surprisingly, the supplied pads effectively keep the board stable on my laminate floor, despite initial skepticism.While push ups can be monotonous, this push-up board adds some excitement to the exercise, encouraging me to do more.Also, the pushup handles move easily between peg holes.Overall, this quadropress push up board for men and women is worth its price. If you're looking to enhance your bodyweight exercises, it's a valuable addition to your workout routine.

The product is ok. Definitely not worth the price. Received product open inside the plastic envelope that it was shipped to me. Box was torn up and opened. Very unprofessional. Not going to waste my time sending product back. Apparently seller has shipped this product torn and opened to other customers. That's my fault for not reading all the reviews. Won't make business with this seller ever again.
