Nothing, the shoelaces were weak but you fixed them

The shoe was very comfortable, but the threading was very low-grade. After about a month or two, they started unraveling around the seams. Now, after a year, it looks like the whole shoes gonna eventually fall apart because all the threading is just deteriorating.See the pictures and you’ll see what I’m talking about.As you can see in the pictures, the threads are just totally gone. They must’ve used the cheapest thread on the market.I hardly wore the shoes. I stay home most of the time and I’m retired so I don’t really wear them but only a couple times a week. They’ve been getting very good care. Very disappointed that they’re gonna fall apart eventually.

I surprised my husband with these shoes, for Christmas. He loved them. Even now, over a month later, & he is still enjoying how comfortable they are, how well they fit, & the support the give.

Didn't last long, I blame Dr. Scholl himself. 😤

There slip and they look plastic but there real freaking comfortable.

The shoe despite being supposedly wide is rather narrow. And the shoe has built in elastic shoestrings and elastic straps that are designed to make it feel even MORE narrow. After replacing the elastic shoestrings with real shoe strings and cutting the elastic straps I think the shoe will eventually stretch to fit. This is my first pair of Dr Scholls shoes since they got pulled out of Walmart. If this is how they intend to continue, it will be my LAST pair. The quality has gone down while the price has gone up. Even on sale it was twice as much as they were when in Walmart. And of course with the alterations I had to make they can't be returned now.

I got these for my husband to work in a restaurant and he said he likes them. He feet feel good after a long night.

My son needed good work shoes, he is so happy with these shoes, 3 months later still look new and still comfortable.
