Substitute for shoe goo.
Used it for shoe goo for some minor repairs. I treated it once and let it dry for 24 hours, then another layer and waiting another 24 hours to wear it. I did manage to get to test the shoes out a little after this second treatment although I didnt want to test the waterproofness. I am going to just wear them as normal in good weather and see, as the areas of concern are where the sole meets the boot in 2 smaller areas. I have high hopes the other spots I used it will be durable enough until the soles wear out and they have to go to the bin anyways. Easy to use. Thick and easy to apply and keep where I need it. And the tube is big enough for many pairs of shoes and repairs. Try it.

Didn’t work for my exact need
So far this hasn’t worked for my needs as I hoped. It doesn’t bond flexible plastic or silicon. I think I was taking a chance on being able to use it on those materials anyways so I’m not faulting the product for that. I am taking a star off because as soon as I unscrewed the lid, pressure caused the glue to just ooze out. I can see this getting messy overtime.

Great for gluing felt to rubber
My floor fan has rubber feet but I have a wooden floor. I wanted to glue felt pads to the feet so the fan could slide on the floor. So I applied a relatively thick glob of glue to each of the rubber feet, pressed felt pads securely onto the glue, and waited 24 hours. The next day, the fan slid beautifully on the floor. That was a month ago. I continue to slide the fan daily and the felt pads never budge!

Strong glue and very reliable
I bought this mainly to fix all the little things my twins manage to break at home... and it has worked really well so far. The glue is strong, easy to apply, and holds firmly once it sets. I’ve used it on different items and it’s been very reliable every time. It saves me from having to replace things that can easily be repaired. Overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and performs great. Very happy with this purchase.

I had high expectations of this product. Gorilla products are usually high quality. I have used this product on rubber on boots and plastic on plastic. Both times the adhesive has lasted a very short time before coming apart. Araldite or similar product would be much better in my opinion. I find it hard to recommend this product.
