Strong colour and the viscosity meant it didn’t drip all over the kitchen counter as I was measuring it out.

Lovely
Now, by adding a good amount of this to a batch of muffins you can measure the transit time of your disgestive tract from the time you eat the first muffin to the time you see the blue in the loo. Well, that's what I bought it for. Sorry but no pictures.

Thick and gloopy
Buying and delivery was quick and efficient, but the product was thick and gloopy. Think I used more than I needed to as I struggled to get it out of the bottle.

Brilliant for colouring buttercream, only needed a small amount to achieve a great colour

Not intense enough
This product is still quite runny, so isn't really suitable for colouring fondant. It needs to be thicker. Colour intensity is non-existant, used it on white fondant and got a mid blue that wouldn't go any darker, so for royal blue it is no use at all. I've now had to source and order royal blue ready made fondant, causing delays while waiting for delivery. Lesson learned. Don't buy this if you want a colour close to royal blue in fondant, but would possibly be OK for royal icing or buttercream.
