Amazing quality
This extension lead offers excellent performance and value. The ability to switch off individual sockets is a useful feature. Unlike other extension leads I have used, this one operates silently. It is easy to use, sturdy and highly functional, and it includes both USB ports and standard plug sockets.

Excellent
Great value for money not to heavy. Nice sturdy lead. Live that each plug has a switch to turn in and off. Length was just what u needed. So easy to use . Great quality and functions brilliantly. I will definitely buy more .

Very fair value for money
Appears a good product. Plugs go into the sockets firmly but readily. The lead from the unit that goes to the wall plug is extremely firm and sturdy. Don’t expect it to be very flexible but for me, this isn’t an issue because I don’t need it to be. The total unit also seems reasonably sturdy too Overall I’m very happy with the unit and I feel it’s very fair value for money.

Good, Versatile Extension Lead
Wanted a new extension lead to accommodate my growing collection of electrical items and chargers. This seemed to tick all the boxes with individually switched sockets, surge protection and 4x USB ports. First impressions were good. The unit seems good quality and has a premium braded cable which actually camouflages into my carpet. In use, the unit does everything as advertised. A light for both power and surge protection is reassuring and it's nice to have individually switched sockets. Unlike other extensions, the sockets are well spaced meaning they accommodate larger chargers, transformers, smart plugs etc. The USB sockets are very handy and I'd hoped they would allow me to ditch some of my chargers to free up some sockets which they do mostly. The sockets share a max of 4.5A but if you have more than one USB device plugged in, that 4.5A will reduce. The charging speed they provide is perfectly adequate with one or two devices but unfortunately the sockets don't support any of the latest fast-charging technology like PD and QC3 so don't expect your iPhone to charge in 30 mins. Because of this, I've had to retain one 3-pin brick charger for the fast charging. Overall, a great, versatile extension socket. Just a little disappointed with the older USB-A technology.

So far so good - powers 8 devices in a 4-socket form factor
I can only give this 5 stars really given - a) It's been a few weeks now and it's doing the job fine - using all sorts of cables and plugs with it...fast chargers, slow chargers, phone chargers, laptop chargers etc. b) The USB ports are a great addition and have let me free up socket spaces. The ports do not fast charge though but for stuff you need to leave plugged in overnight - charging a smartwatch, bluetooth speaker, battery pack etc. it works great and saves having to constantly unplug other things. I also like the fact it is has both Type C and Type A since a lot of stuff that charges via USB still uses USB A. Haven't really switching specific sockets on or off - they're always on since I'm using all of them for a home office - but nice to have the option anyway. Price was good as well given you get the ability to power 8 devices but without a bulky 8-socket strip. I was worried about some of the reviews though - some with pictures of blown fuses or burning sockets. I will update this review in ~6 months or so - fingers crossed I don't experience those problems! In other negative reviews it mentions: - "Cheap feeling plastics" - agree with this. But then, it's just a power strip - what matters is what's on the inside. I have no idea if the wiring inside is up-to-scratch but I understand why people feel cheap plastics outside and assume that might mean cheap internals as well. - "Plugs don't sit fully flush to the strip" - disagree...all the plugs I've used with it sit flush provided you don't knock them about (see below). - "Plugs sit too tightly and hard to remove" - disagree, no different to any other regular (e.g. MK) wall socket or power strip I've used - adding or removing all types of plugs is totally fine in my experience. However - I do think the very slightly curved plastic of the strip and that the sockets may actually be a bit looser than other power strips I've used in the past means some bigger and bulkier plugs can be 'lifted' a little, particularly at the back if they stick out, if something knocks them from underneath - which can happen if the strip is next to other things like skirting boards, thick wires etc. Just something to keep in mind - hasn't affected anything for me though.

Nice and safe
I ordered this extension lead after my colleague, Benny nearly blew himself up when he plugged in a faulty plug into our old extension lead. He went flying backwards across the room. There was a loud bang and all of our lights went out. There was scorch marks around the plug he had to sit down for a little while and was almost sick. This of course is all the fault of the old extension lead. So this time I thought I would order one with shock protection and something to stop things like this happening in the future. This new lead is absolutely fantastic and has saved us from surging. I can finally sleep at night knowing that I’m not going to kill a member of my staff. Also it has USB charging functionality which is a game changer. There was of course a plus side to Benny getting electrocuted. He is now able to move things using his mind and can transfer data between computers and hard drives just by touching them. We are pretty certain this is a result of him becoming electrocuted. I cannot wait to see what other powers he develops over the coming months, so all in all, it’s not a totally negative story and I’m very pleased with this extension cord God bless
