I rarely write reviews. I am compelled by another delicious mug of this bone broth! In the past, I was drinking plain old grass-fed beef bone broth. This is a huge step above and I look forward to it every day! It fills me up when the 10:00 hungries start at the office. I mix up a mug of Bare Bones Instant, and I sip it while working. I love this broth. It taste good. I did not think I would like it because I am not a broad person, but it’s great to sip on especially in the fall. I used it after my knee replacement and it helped a lot, but I will be drinking it all the time now and it’s good for you.

I did not like the taste or small. I bought it for the first time for the health reason to get more protein for my joints. Well, wonder if I can garnish it with something to change the taste. I don't eat beef at all, and this smells like bones. Yack.
