Don't know why they aren't listed here, but they were very easy to find. School chalk liquorice. Ingredients: sugar, molasses, wheat flour, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, liquorice extract, thickener (Arabic gum), ammonium chloride, humectant, stabilizer, gelatine, glucose-fructose, syrup, colouring, salt, flavouring.

What kind of mint? Is it peppermint?

I’m not sure what they use, but I can tell you it’s a milder favored mint. I’m not into peppermint as it’s a bit bitey for my taste. This is not.
