The entire bag of candy was melted when I got it. Haven't tried it yet, put it in the fridge as soon as I picked it up and that's where it has been since. Hoping it tastes good 🤞🏻

This choc is AMAZING! Delivery was prompt, product in tact. The hiccup - I purchased the listing for 2 bags of choc for $50+ because it was a better deal than buying 1 for $30+. However I was only sent 1 bag. I contacted the seller to ask what we could do. With no communication they immediately refunded me the difference of one bag (minus 50 cents 🤷‍♀️) At least they deal with their transactions fairly and quickly.

Read a lot of reviews where the product came and was melted. Seems to me strange that there was any concern about it. Each piece is tightly sealed with no chance of coming apart, which makes it easy to just locate in a cool place to solidify again. I highly doubt the melting changes the quality of the product. For me, the only difficulty I have with the product is the wrapping - it is difficult to open the small package. For the bags I received, it is difficult to not only find the seam to separate, if I hold at the one end and try twisting and pull only little slices of the package open and I have to do it again and maybe again. Just tried cutting the end with a scissors and it did not cleanly open, had to pry it out. Of course the easiest way to open is pry the flap open with finger nails, then grasp at the top and split it. Sometimes I can't pry apart the flap. This does not detract from the product as it is superb, only takes longer to get it into your mouth to satisfy your craving.
