Bought this because I’m on my feet 10 hours a day, as I do construction for a living. Works great, and and is very comfortable. Very good for people with poor circulation/pain in their feet/legs. It even helps relieve some of my lower back pain. Highly recommend.

A week later, not so much. A month later—back to positive. Here’s the story.The cushion arrived tightly compressed. It immediately puffed up when released from its packaging and seemed to be fully expanded within a few hours. It was clean and smelled fresh—so far, so good. It has a tightly fitted cover that is quilted on the top side and has a zipper for removal for cleaning. After the first several days of use I realized one of my favorite features of the cushion is the two ribbon loops on either side of the end of the cushion that would be placed near the knees. The cushion is quite firm and is molded into a shape that may or may not fit the size or shape of your legs. It is large and heavy enough to make it awkward to get into the right position, but the two ribbon tabs are placed where you can reach down and hook them to pull it into the right spot for you. Invaluable feature!I have two issues that I hoped the cushion would help with—lower leg edema after strenuous days on my feet and knee pain. I am a caretaker for a disabled individual, so I spend several nights a week sleeping in a recliner. Because the cushion is quite dense and firm and the form is not exactly right for my legs, I did not find it completely comfortable in the beginning. After one week of use, I found that the cover was pilling badly. At this point I’m not impressed. I also found that my knee was hurting worse than ever when I would get up in the morning, so I was about to write it off, but I did notice that it worked better for me when I was in the recliner than in my bed. I figured that positioning it correctly was important.Long story short, I found that it improved my knee pain when used to fill in on the recliner. My edema all but disappeared. It assists with lower back discomfort when used in my bed once I discovered the right positioning. I think it takes time to become accustomed to it, but when you figure out the right way to use it for you, it really does make a difference. It is firmly molded and does not seem to adjust to you so much as you adjust to it, but all I care about is no swollen ankles and no knee pain keeping me awake at night. The pilling on the cover is a sign of less than quality materials. But the function of the pillow seems to be solid. I’m happy to have it and I think it is benefiting me.

I'm absolutely delighted with this knee cushion! It provides the perfect support for my knees when I'm lounging in bed. The cushion is plush, yet firm enough to offer the necessary support. I also like the breathable, cool-grey fabric is not only soothing against the skin but also adds a touch of elegance to my bedroom decor. Truly pleased with this knee cushion purchase!! I really like the leg pillow! It’s very comfortable to raise my legs when I’m resting on the sofa. The pillow is soft yet it’s supportive. Unlike other leg pillows that are plain, this pillow’s wavy design cradles my calves so well which is great. Also the white cooling fabric feels super good to the touch, and looks so beautiful. So satisfied with this leg pillow.

This leg support was plenty big enough and the angle was high enough to provide some circulation relief. My biggest complaint is that it is so narrow I had to constantly think about keeping my legs on and hold them on to prevent them from rolling off. This made it difficult to sleep with. I would suggest as a support while watching tv or lounging but might opt against it for sleeping unless you don’t move much or have very thin lower legs.

This leg rest pillow came rolled up. I had my doubts when taking it out of the package. It did puff up a little but they say wait 24hours, and so I did. Wow. It got big. Amazing.The width of the fat part is as long as my hand and I have long fingers. Therefore, since I like to sleep with a fitted sheet and a top sheet, it is too big to fit in between the sheets for sleeping. But I did try it out lounging on the couch watching TV. I usually just pile up pillows, but this works much better. It's stable, soft yet sturdy, and has side handles to grab to adjust or carry it to another room. My legs are long (36" or 37" inseam) and I always like something to support under my knees.Well this works out great. I moved it in closer so the curved smaller end is supporting my knees, and I hang my feet over (my ankles are on the edge of the fat end). It serves 2 purposes without multiple pillows. I can also see it as a backrest even though it is not meant to be one. It also has a grippy bottom so it won't slide all around. Clever, comfy and useful!

This is a nice leg elevation pillow for those who need it. My husband occasionally deals with water retention in his legs, and has to get them lifted up in order to get the swelling down. He was able to rest comfortably with his feet up, and found it also appeared to help with some of the foot pain he experiences from standing daily. It is firm and gives good support. This was preferred over an inflatable pillow, as we have cats.Speaking of which, the cats are also very interested in it.This does come with a removable cover so it can be washed as needed. It is also reasonably compact, making it easy to store away when not in use.
