I’ve been taking this for about 2 months now or 2 1/2 months and I think they work. I’ve combined them with better eating habits, and exercise like it says on the side of the bottle. You can’t just take these everyday and eat like crap and stay non active and expect them to help or to lose weight. I’ve found it to be effective, no taste, no smell. I’ll keep buying them!

I have taken Ozempic, Mounjaro, Trulicity, Rybelsus and Victoza. These pills don’t work. Mounjaro then Ozempic work best for curving food craving, yes the side effects aren’t best but hey you want to turn off those little voices, it’s going to cost ya lol. Please don’t waste your money. I can only imagine that those saying this supplement works is because they are choosing to believe it not because the pill is effective. Save your money, I wish I did. I didn’t know that this was a Kardashian brand not that would not that that would’ve made a difference in me purchasing it, but it is interesting to know that they are behind this brand, and I purely would like to tell them straight to their faces to please try again, given that they themselves have taken the real medicine of those Olympic and Mounjaro and had amazing results.

I was SUPER skeptical of these - 1. because every day i have really intense sugar cravings in the late afternoons 2. I thought there was NO way a supplement could really help me because my habits and cravings have been part of my life for so long 3. celebrity product made me doubtful - I am on day 3 and for 3 days now I have not wanted anything sweet. The first day around 5pm I looked at the clock and thought how have I not wanted anything sweet yet? Cus it is so a part of my life, and then I remembered I had taken the supplement with breakfast, I was amazed. A few days later taking them daily, still feeling the same no sweets cravings - even after a meal. And I can even think about something sweet, and not feel like I need it which is HUGE for me. Excited to continue taking these and absolutely recommend from a serious former sweets/ salty snack addict!!!

I had been using the lemme burn for 1 month with no side effects. I added the lemme curb and have been taking it for over 1 week. I am experiencing headaches that are not my normal. I take one pill at breakfast and one at lunch as I usually do better when I split dosages (in lieu of taking 2 at one meal) the headaches are weird and create light nausea. Be aware if your body is sensitive. I'm guessing mine is to the chromium. I am going to try to reduce to 1 pill a day at lunch to see if it reduces headaches. I haven't noticed a difference in cravings yet but I read it can take about 12 weeks to notice. If there are any new developments in my experience I will update my review.

It works, but after awhile, the carvings come back, I say the first few weeks, I had no carvings but after awhile of keep taking it, I have my sugar rush, so I believe it only works after a certain amount of time, but every one bodies are different

I have this 7+ year bad habit of craving sweets after 5pm. The cravings intensify even more after diner. I have tried several different medications and supplements to help stop the cravings but none of them worked. Was close to going on Ozempic but chickened out after reading about long term side effects. I came across this product at a friend’s house – she’s on week 3 and swears by it. Most importantly, these pills are not huge and easy to swallow. Thank goodness because previous supplements were a huge problem for me. I'm on week 2 and I have noticed that the cravings have somewhat disappeared It is not a miracle worker but the change is pretty damn huge. It took away my urge to snack on most evenings but there are still little moments I cave in. I also have not experienced any side effects from this product (which I had from previous cravings supplements). Major bonus are the energy levels – consistent throughout the day and I’m sleeping very well. I lost 2lbs in the first 2 weeks but am also working out daily – the combo is def helping. Overall, I would recommend this pill to anyone who had cravings issues. It has made a positive change in my life.

I definitely enjoy the Lemme Curb. The tablets have no taste to them, which is nice. As an Austinite going to a Tex-Mex where all you can eat and indulge in chips/salsa, taking curb prior to leaving the house I know my cravings will be strong but not 5 baskets strong.

I try this for a month and I was doing exercises and didn’t work for me I never felt nothing different, I think is not worth the money
