This is authorized to wear with ocp. Look at 36-2903. 5.11.3. The Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) jackets (fleece, wind, soft shell, wet weather, or extreme cold weather) may be worn without the pants; however, the pants must not be worn without the jacket. No mixing and matching of ABU or OCP cold weather clothing with the ABU or OCP utility uniform. [Exception: Level 7 (Parka Jacket) of the ECWCS can be worn with either the ABU or OCP.]

Could not be happier about this Parka. It's light weight,comfortable,and most importantly, it's warm. Only negative, wish i had bought one years ago.

Product was almost perfectly new. Great buy! The rank patch is on the Army side, but it's an Army coat authorized through a separate memo for the AF so I just lean on that.
