Super cool product. I managed to add photos using the usb cable from my laptop. Using a usb-c cable I couldn't download photos. Videos are not working due to format...perhaps need to read instructions to see what kind of videos format are working. Software simple , easy to work. You can download an app , that help you to add photos from mobile. I like you can set the time of running the media and auto turn off. is a simple digital frame.

So very happy with this purchase to display all of my photos. Touchscreen works well picture quality is great. Only issue is if the power goes out and it turns back on it does not go to sleep at the same time unless I manually put it to sleep and then that feature works again.

Don't bother with these, just spend a little more and get the Aura. Bought 2 of these as a gifts because we couldn't afford the Aura. But this one is so dissappinting. It keeps saying its offline. The quality of pictures isnt great. Using the app is not as simple as the Aura. It's always saying that the frame is offline. But when we check the wifi connection it shows connected. We shut it down and turned back on but it still says its offline. So we can't add pictures . We bought them for grandparents so they dont know how to use them and we have to go over and spend a long time trying to figure it out.

Absolutely love this. I bought a few other brands and am not very pleased compared to this brand. The app lets you set up multiple ones for example I bought myself my mom and grandma one for Christmas and instead of having multiple app for each frame I have all of us on there so any photo I want I can choose to upload to my mom me and grandma or just me if I want. Love it

Bought it for a Christmas present. It works great. There is a lot of customization options. The App (Uhale) is very easy to use. Thinking of buying one for myself too.
