This Mate will put some hair on your chest. If this is what you're looking for in a strong fairly Smokey drink, then this is a good one for you. I enjoy it but can't drink it everyday.

Yerba mate is known for deep flavors and needing a bit of an acquired palate to enjoy. This is neither, it has very little flavor and it's pretty simple. I drink the stuff traditional from a gourd with a bombilla and even smelling it from the fresh open bag was just underwhelmed. Like it's trying to be yerba, but it's just not potent. Plus I'm pretty sure the paper packaging needed a bit more care in the delivery then a simple amazon bag, it wasn't tore open but there were a small dusting of yerba leaves loose n the amazon bag with it.

It’s a decent, fresh and strong yerba from Paraguay with a mixing of dust and sticks. Nice strong taste who likes deep yerba taste. Very friendly packaging
