This has a very strong taste to me, so I only use a little and I mix it with other teas for a zest of extra flavor. A little hard to crush, but it's good. I think it goes well with chamomile and green tea.

I first tried Sorrel at a Jamaican Restaurant and loved it. Recently found a hibiscus drink at a Mexican restaurant and it was close to what I remembered. I took a chance and purchasing this to make my own and I am extremely happy that I did. I Love the taste. The quality is as good as what I got in the Jamaica. I recently purchased more. I would definitely buy again.
